Positive Displacment Blowers

Robuschi manufactures a complete line of Tri-lobe blowers for pressure and vacuum to 14000 cfm and 15 psig/27 “ Hg.  They are offered as bare blowers, open custom packages or factory sound enclosed packages. A particularly robust blower from a manufacturer that averages a new patent every 6 months.

Screw Compressor

Robuschi High Efficiency, low pressure screws, through 6000 cfm and 36 psig, are designed from the ground up to have efficiencies equal or better than the latest centrifugal compressors with superior turndown, maintenabliltiy and controllability all in a compact quiet enclosure for ease of installation

Liquid Ring

The Robuschi Liquid Ring incorporates the patented “Zero Cavitation” feature as well as boasts lower water use than it’s competitors. Flows to 2300 cfm.

Discflo Pumps

Discflo Pumps utilize the “boundary layer” and “viscous drag” principals in their patented design to make a pump that offers almost Zero maintenance. In difficult applications where abrasive, slurry or high particulate fluids need to be moved Discflo pumps can transfer very sensitive fluids without the danger of breaking down the fluid components or emulsifying them. These pumps can be deadheaded or run dry without consequence making them especially operator friendly.

Centrifuges

Alfa Laval is the oldest and largest manufacturer of centrifuges in the world and they have stayed at the top of the market by bringing high efficiency and low maintenance features to the world of waste water decanter centrifuges. With throughputs from 10 gpm to 1200 gpm they offer the widest range of units as well as the highest process results with the lowest horsepower requirements/gpm of any centrifuges on the market today.

Thickeners

Alfa Laval also markets the ALDRUM Rotary Drum Thickener which offers extremely low horsepower, high recovery rates and low maintenance features with flows to 900 gpm.
